| Anito , dont think were taking the mick old chap  its just that we“ve had the 999 a while now and both had a host of problems eg- where do i start- 18 months old and- two new batteries 7 new ti end cans one new rear sub frame two new tacho assy three new spark plug-coils three sets of spark plugs on,e plug was missing the electrode and 5 different wiring problems concluding with a short curcuit behind the battery box blowing the 20amp fuse one main coolant hose , one small coolant pipe one new front brake pump the screw thread "missing" on the rear brake lever pivot one split drive chain and a new generator housing a new rear sprocket and carrier and bearings one U\S ducati quickshifter one snapped magniesium mirror stay (from an earlyer post) nobody wants to have a bike with problems, but when it all works its a very good bike , think of it as just teething problems but i do care about it  |
