Yes, watched it myself. Good racing. Shame about the commentator. There is also a program on Skysports called Bikesport UK, which they air several times, usually on Skysports 2 or 3. This week it covered Supertwins from Brands Hatch. Pensavalle won by a good margin. Also good racing to watch.

My sponsored rider Jay Fernandez got a few mentions in the Supertwins so I have been told. Shame I don't have digital to watch it!

Yeah...I saw some of that I think ...from Brands?

The guy who was up battling at the front for the first part of one of the races on a Duke (excuse my lack of knowledge on racing!) was a guy called S. Illes or something similar...and from memory he has posted on this board quite a few times.

Looked like a handy rider to me.

I bought my rear paddock stand from Mr S Iles ....

I missed Bikesport this week, but they do replay it regularly.

What Sky channel was Motors and MRO on? Hopefully not Motors TV because I don't get that one ...

Steve Iles is Jays teammate and team owner. Jay beat him in the first race (2nd), got 2nd in the second race (Steve crashed) and then neither of them finished the third race.

Interesting...they both looked pretty handy...and Jay did get a lot of exposure...they kept going on about his success last year and this being his first year with the new bike?

Yep last year he was on supersport 400. Raced 4 test races on a Aprilia in the supertwins and won 3 of them!

Had only a couple of days testing the Ducati. Pensavales spanner man that day (Ray Stringer no less) told Jays mum he needed to be in BSB now as he was wasted in the MRO.

He is certainly one to watch.

At least one MRO racer up at Croft on the trackday yesterday, the guy that runs/owns Respro products on a a couple of Ducatis.

There was also a very nice looking 649s minitwin, not sure if this was a MRO racer though??

Ray.
