Anybody else got a grey one

Its the best colour and not many people got them as they are the best

But does anyone know where I can get a colour match for my ti grey 748s with red wheels. As I damaged the right hand side fairing recently just lightly after I dropped it from stalling.

As they are £450 to replace top+bottom. The paint and fairing are only lightly scuffed, so would be good if just the parts damaged could be filled & resprayed locally.

Without the need for a total respray and new stickers.

Do able? or just live with the damage for now

I guess they are not popular at all then

Might go to a car or model shop and try and match it up with a titanium grey they

I've got one but i'm afraid that i don't know the answer to your question. Try your local ducati dealer.

I'm also interested as i want to get the front mudgaurd re-sprayed as there are some stone chips on it.

....there is a company who specialise in paint matching for motorbikes - I did get some paint from them for a Gixxer in the past.

I can't remember specifically who they are, but they do advertise in MCN and are Yorkshire based if I remember correctly?

Or try a websearch?

I'll try to find the old paint pot I got from them as it had the company details on - I wouldn't hold your breath though

Tried here mate???

www.bike-paint.co.uk might be able to help you out. Even if you don't find that colour in their listings, ask them, because they seem to have more than they let on.......Very cheap too...(sorry that should read good value!)

Thanks Mark,

Just had a look and they don't list it but will e-mail to see if they can get it.

They have one called 'grigio steel' which might be the frame paint on later dukes.

Only a tenner for a touch up pot to.

Paint

I've used a company called RS M/bike Paint (01226 203608); they're pretty good at getting exact matches for years and frame colours. Expensive though...

My little bro has the same bike has has just done the same thing to his r/h panel. He has took it to JHP today to see a paint specialist. I will let you know the outcome.
