Best Suspension Setup...?

I'm wondering if any of you have documented a good suspension setup for a 749, which primarily is used for a trackday bike?
I'm finding that road riding is becoming less and less appealing due to traffic and restrictions and I'm focusing more on trackday fun instead.
I haven't changed the setup since I bought the 2003 749 second-hand from a dealer earlier this year... would they put the bike back to factory as part of the PDI?

The answer to the best suspension set up is....................whatever suits you! its as simple as that!

However i think there are some ball park mods to make that are coming to the fore as the 749/999 gets older with more experiences.
