749/999 parts availability...

Everything I want.... or more like I'd like seems to be unavailable, is it because of Christmas, or is there just a huge delay in parts.

I'm only after stuff like carbon hugger, and looking at if I should go down the 57mm system route, but there's no eta's on that one

We had to make do, most had never even seen a bannana!! you were lucky to get a shiny new ha'penny and a lump of coal in your stocking at Christmas... If you didn't have it my either made do or made it yourself...now where on earth did I leave that papermache hugger?"

Maybe I can help.

Got a couple of these left in the sale.

I know the sale should have ended by now but it is Xmas - right?

£110.00 inc VAT.

If you want a picture of it on a bike then just ask, although there was a picture on this forum in September - I think.

Regards

Sandbar

Huggers are always in short supply for the 749/999. I'm surprised the 57mm systems are hard to get - I can't imagine they've sold that many? Maybe they didn't get many made...

The R huggers from DP have never materialised as yet apparently..............as haven't a lot of the DP parts in the catalogue.
You can see them but you can't touch or have them

I got hold of a dp box swingarm hugger last week £140. The 2005 versions are much longer, gp style. Nice fit.

Clint.

I have had a DP hugger on my R since August

The one pictured above will not fit the fabricated swingarm , it's for a cast type , different shape

Sorry, the 749/999 model was not specified.

This is the one you are talking about

It is in stock and the DSC price is £140.00 inc VAT, and of course fits 749R/999R and 2005 models
