Only try this at home

Don't take your key out of the ignition and then drop it down the back of the header tank like i did last night, unless you are at home and have access to a bent wire hanger and a chop stick.

I now have a plastic key fob on the key ring, so in future it won't dissapear down the dark cavernous hole at the back of the header tank.

Doooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Hello

Or instead of a pen in your top pocket, have a telescopic airal jobbie with a magnet on the end.

Bought one for a pound and thats one tool that has paid for its self time over again. . .

And was so pleased with this little life saver went out and bought the big brother, same setup but with a mirror on the end.

But a key fob would be easyer I guess . .

I have a screwdriver with replacement bits on it. When you take the bits out of the main head it has a telescopic bit that comes out to nearly a metre long and has a magnetic tip.

Do you think I could find the bloody thing when I did exactly the same thing as you Desmo748? Noooooo ....

Had to take the fairings off and shake the bike
