Hi

I have the cycle cat ones onmy 748 and they transformed the bike for me.

I have looked at their site and they do not list a 749/999 item.

Drop them an email, they answered all of my questions quickly and were really helpful.

You need to get hold of a guy called Alfred Kobacher as they may be about to be released.

SpeedyMoto now offer their top yokes for the 749/999. Upto 20mm lift with upto 15 degree of rake adjustment.
Same result from a different approach, but adjustable to some degree.
SpeedyMoto Top Yoke

Look nice to

Fitted heli-bars to my 749 this evening, haven't had time for a ride, let alone a 200 mile venture, but just sitting on it, feels much better with more leverage through the bars, and it was pretty simple to do!

I have been looking at the options:

a) Helibars are $229, are 3/4"wider and can be 1 1/2" taller and cannot have their verticle angle adjusted.

b) Speedymoto top yoke is $349.95, no wider, can be 3/4" taller and cannot adjust the vertice angle of the bars.

c) Oncycles (Cyle cats sister company) are $345. They are no wider, can be 1 1/2" taller and verticle adjustment angle of 8degrees. They are listed on www.oncycles.com under item DBR21. There is no picture but the kit looks exactly
like the DBR1 which can be seen on http://www.cyclecat.com/dbr1-1.htm. The DBR21 kit includes replacement Brembo brake and clutch reservoirs and fittings to replace the notoriously leaky stock units hence the difference in price to the regular bar raisers.

So a) does the job, its the most reasonable but not fully adjustable. b) also does the job, to a lesser extent and its the most expensive. c) Almost as expensive, fully adjustable.

I would be interested in khu996's feedback. Would you normally need to adjust the verticle angle anyway?

BTW Some nice bits on the oncycles site too!!!
