Thanks for looking out. That did look like a bargain comapred to the cost of new items, but I missed the auction.

I have been offered a set off a 999; Does anybody know whether it will function properly on my 749 as I am getting conflicting views?

I have this problem - there's plenty about this in the DD and SS forums.

It's a ridiculous state of affairs that can actually write a bike off.
