Stained titanium
I've got an NCR titanium clutch cover ...

I replaced the clutch springs with stainless items, and noticed that the clutch cover was now stained from road debries and clutch dust ...

I can't remove it with water, or degreaser ...

Any suggestions ?

Would brake-cleaner aerosol not shift it? Perhaps even contact cleaner? You''l find them in Halfords/your local bike shop.

Good luck

I suggest wire wool or a used Brillo pad.
