Race fairings...
Theres a few different brands knocking about, ricambi weiss etc but what is the majority verdict,

Heard ricambi's can be a ******* to fit, to stiff and crack. Others have said they are good ! Its probably been covered before this topic, but would like an up to date opinion as more brands come to market without any worthy reviews.

What we avin then ?

As Bradders, what style?

Only other thing is how much do you want to spend? The more you pay the better they are..... Also, if you go for an older style you can sometimes pick them up cheap 2nd hand.

I have used Ricambi (my satin black ones at the end of 2010) and they were fine.

I have ricambi on my 848 and they seem to fit fairly well (I didn't fit them tho) with some trimming

Ricambi are good value for money, light, well made & generally fit ok I've fitted dozens of sets including the ones on Bradder's 848.

I think the people that knock them like the ones that come pre drilled with all the fasteners ready to just clip on, but then you get what you pay for.

What race front sub frame did you fit to your bikes? I tried an 848 bracket but its completley the wrong size! Have to remove the orginal one as it weighs a tonne!
