Mood: R U thinking what I'm thinking?......Oh dear!
Try and get a van with a tail lift if you are having to rent one. A rear paddock stand does make safe transport easier, take the panels off as Mav says

Diagnosis by t'internet is pretty tricky. A quick look from someone who has a reasonable idea will rule out a snapped belt and maybe a few other potential catastrophes.

If you are left to your own devices, unlikely in this club, then get hold of a Haynes manual. Can't really advise a local spanner handler/dealer as I'm oop North.

Have a look at the belts as I suggested last week....

RH fairing off, battery out, battery carrier off, cam belt covers off. Hey presto!

djb,

i'm going to NEllys in a few weekends time, 3rd.. would be happy to take your bike up, then bring mine back.
