I have a pic I was going to put up pf his off, but am hesitant coz I'm not sure of the eticate with this. Seen a couple of others but keen not to 'over step' the mark.
Post or not? Would be cool if I could contact him and check he is ok first.....
Bradders mate, Dave is progressing quite well,he was back at work last tuesday ,i was there on friday to collect the Baby r and had a long chat with Dave. He cant remember anything after the chicane at the end of bridge and i know he was trying to find a oicture of what happened. He has a hands free phone headphone that he is using at work but thats about as much as he can manage,he rarely ventures out of his office due to the large amounts of pi$$taking by the lads in the workshop!!! From his original "i will be out for the rest of the season" he is now at "hope to be back for Cadders" so its looking quite positive. The bike is not too bad and is in the process of being readied for donnington. Hope this is of help Butch
I saw Dave on Saturday when dropping me bike for a service. He was fine but still in some pain with his collarbone. As I was there, he got picked up by a friend to be taken back into the local hospital to see about getting it plated He's very keen to be getting back to racing - hope this helps further. Ian
I met Dave for the first time last Friday after riding the bike down from Gwynedd for its first service. A nicer guy you could not meet and we chatted for a while about his accident amongst other things. He's clearly in a lot of pain and actually, it hurts to look at him!! Docs say he'll be ok in 4 months.
