There goes the neighbourhood....! And wait until your biker mates come round for a summer bbq and there are loads of bikes in the road...

How many Christmas cards will you be expecting from the neighbours this year??

Nice road.... Woking.... Err.....
Only kidding

A neighbour 3 doors up the road commented that I don't leave my bike to warm up when I start it. I asked if he would prefer if I left it ticking over or rev it a little for a couple of minutes. He then realised what he'd said

The Ducati performance carbon cans on my ST4S are bloody loud.
They definitely get louder with age too (mine have 10k on them now).

The revs to test at is based on bore & stroke. Also, when measuring noise you need to check which range you read off (dBA I think).

Ahh, now your talking
Before you know it you'll be saying its actually closer to Jacobs Well

We used to live in New Haw until a few years ago. We found it quite funny to hear some of the neighbours claiming they lived in Woodham rather than New Haw

I lived in Oak tree drive On the Bellfields Est for 20 years. we had the same thing there with some people calling it (Stoke hill).

I went to look at house in New Haw quite near the The Black Prince Pub and the lady there said oh no this is Woooodham

And she was right of course

we lived up by the white hart, which was handy for a short stroll along the canal tow-path for a beer. Not quite so handy on the way back though (managed to never quite fall in thank god !)

Not sure if you know, there is a Guildford riders club that meets at Bellfields on a Monday night (in the club just up the road from the Bell).
