Hello Ant,

I fully support our DSC trackdays (the reason why I joined) which in turn need to be fully supported by members and organising committee alike. I must say, whilst I enjoyed last year, sparse member and committee attendance did not provide the atmosphere we all know and love.

Perhaps keeping it simple may be the answer, pole three of four track options by deadline, ask memebers to pay in full by deadline, then and only then book the track. If we do not raise sufficient funds we do not book the track and return monies to members.

I think a re-run of 2012 will not do the image of the club any good at all.

BTW just received Pronto copy - an excellent read!
