I see MSV have got our name wrong too ...

You can see it here

A bit annoying really, it would be nice to be distinguished apart from the other clubs by name and see the series name correctly.

Anyway ....

I notice the DSC are in the lineup for Apr 30th too. I thought it was just Sunday 1st May?

Ok ... just seen the other thread that deals with practice sessions (or not, as the case may be).

Do you think Eurosport will pick me up?

Neck isn't quite in the Colin Edwards/Norick Abe mould, maybe it will be after I keep working on my body position?

Here's a different angle, I think this one show more intent. Coming over the crest and down into turn 2 at Almeria ...

Cue Harry Enfield Voice; "You dont wanna do it like that..you wann do it nice and upright like this..."!!

Nice shots TP...you having fun with the shakedown tests then mate ??! Bloody good fun those little 600's on the track eh ??!

Almeria..keep meaning to get organised to do Jerez or Almeria - looks fantastic. One of those 'must do' things ive got on my list !!

How did you sort it all out - did you get the bikes there yourself..?

I have been having a LOT of fun. These things are surprisingly capable. We drew a fair bit of attention and lots of questions so it was pretty good.

Almeria was with the CSS for two days, so it was an instructional camp, not a track day. So we were all working on a drill or something while circulating. The package included the hotel and meals and they organised someone to bring the bikes but that was extra. Quite a few used the R6 hire bikes (no DSC), including this Norwegian bloke who was 'effing' quick.

From the DSC there was Rob (electricsheep), Mike Winter (MW), Ian Harris (err ....) and Dave Harris (err ....). Lizzie and Annette also came down.

I'm the club "PR person" and have emailed the people concerned asking them to amend the listing.

Happy to receive any other PR related enquiries via my email

Part way there, got the name changed, just need to get the "Desmo Due" bit added. I'm on the case ;-)
