DuCafe Project. Suggested improvements
As I have to strip and service the forks, are there known issues or any useful mods to do, its not a track bike and certainly won't be thrashed

Also the engine, different filter etc

Anything worth considering or absolutely necessary?

Regards

I thought an upgrade to 900ss forks for preload adjustment might be worthwhile.

There are a pair on Ebay at the moment with a 99p start price

For some inspiration try checking some of this stuff out:

That's certainly something to think about

What about an extra disc on the front of the current set up?

Is it really going to make a difference in the real world?

I wont be thrashing around on the bike

My firestorm is standard and its still faster than I am

It sound as thought the bike is reasonable in standard form with nothing hugely wrong

One further question is about exhausts

As I know nothing about exhausts, would the exhaust in this link work?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/280422780778?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p398 4.m1423.l2649#ht_1015wt_698

I am not necessarily going to buy them, I am trying to find out what is possible, or indeed what is not, and why not

What do I have to consider?

Regards

if you mess with the exhaust, have a chat to Wayne at JAC Exhausts (google them) not that much more and have what you want if thinking of changing the look entirely
