Parts wise, of which I need immediately to at least ride are:
L/H clip-on (996 variety, not 999) - Long story!
Brembo Radial Clutch lever
L/H rearset (complete)
Gear lever - JHP one for that
So not a great deal there...
Worst of the damage though was to the swingarm, bike went backwwards up the kerb, so ground all of the braced area down slightly
so the whole swingarm will need replacing at some point. Also tank got about a 1cm dent (easily repairable) and the seat unit was scratched, but should repair OK also. The water pump cover has a slight mark, but intact, so something else for the long term there.
Luckily the trackday bodywork did it's job and took the brunt of the damage, glad I wasn't running with the R bodywork.
Also those fork crash protectors are worth their weight in gold, saved the forks at least.
No idea what happened, although I suspect just cold tyres, literally rolled around a r/about right next to my house, was doing 25mph round the island (I remember looking at the clocks) as I exited the island the back end just slid away without any warning, and down she went...
I guess the good news is I walked away unharmed, worst damage I've got is a bruised little finger of all things, got up, we picked the bike up and pushed it back the 300 yards where I began the process of stripping it down.
Starts up first time, and runs OK, so mainly just cosmetic.... better get my wallet out!
