stiffer clutch

when i first get on the bike in the morning the clutch seems stiffer
after a few goes or as engine warms up?it seems to return to normal
any ideas?

how old is the fluid? one possibility is ice crystals or water in the line.

also the clutch dust/grim can slowly cram up the seals around the push rod. Or the slave cyclinder might not be seated right and you're getting **** in that end.

Personally I'd vote water if the fluid is 8+ months old, its also the probabily the quickest/cheapest thing to check and change.
