Tune up complete, amost .............

Nelly,
Thanks for your help, the tune up is now done and the bike is running great. The butterfly's are balanced at 4K to the 5K rpm range. Sampeling the CO at each exhaust take of does indeed give a finer tuning result than just looking at the vacuum gauges, which in reality are subect to human error. Although careful use of the gunson tester is vital. The final CO is about 4.5%.
The bike seems so good I am wondering what more a FIM chip can give me ????
Now I need to fit my termi's and if I do install a chip I am assuming that I will need to check the air bleeds again ??

Thanks

Mood: Bloo and Yellow.. and Red now ;)
Yep. Fit the chip with the termis and check the idle CO again. The TPS and mechanical balance of the butterflys will remain unchanged.
