northwest 200

Are there any dsc members going to the nw 200 this year i.ve never been. let me know if its worth a trip

Thinking about going this year. I lived in Belfast and Coleraine a few years back its a top few days, highly recomended.

You have to go, or you'll miss out on one of biking's greatest days out !. I go every year and I'll be there again this year - we used to bike it over but found we could make it a day trip from Glasgow by flying to Belfast, hiring a car and driving up to Coleraine. Saves the hassle of ferries, accommodation, etc

The atmosphere around the circuit is great and it feels like the whole of N I has come to watch. Seeing race bikes at full pelt on public roads, and I mean full pelt (ie Rutter did 200 through the speed trap last year) is awesome.

You won't regret it !

race day is 21st of may might be flyin from east midlands airport its a fiver each way ex tax cant go wrong at that or take bike from liverpool on ferry 74 quid i think ?

I am planning on going over have not made any plans yet, but if I can not make this one will be in Belfast for the 18th

Road Race
Ulster

But will not be taking the bike.
