hi
one of our customers recently had a service at a non ducati workshop . two weeks later the timing belts have come through the side casing and what looks like a tensioner bolt is wedged in beetween pulleys .engine locked solid.
anyone know who can give a report so they can go back to shop and make a complaint.
we are in surrey and can transport bike

cheers tyreman
