See post 'Changing chip' below, theres a pic of my chip with something stuck on it?
I just thought maybe to help pull it out?

Ahhhh thats why, I was worried it was some sort of anti tamper thing so they wolud know when i change the chip and thats why they had not replaced the sticker!!
Do the chips come out then by them selfs?

Usualy chip is pulled out with insulated prongs the just slot in and out.
you need to ask nelly about the cardboard holding you chip in.
