| I'm sure it'd be cheaper and easier to increase your bandwidth and use some bandwidth software throttling as Mr S says. If not, try something like eMule instead of torrent and set the max bandwidth value to half of your available bandwidth. eMule is your friend.  Cheers, Ali  |
