Really depends on the type of rider and how much you are using the potential of your curtrent bike. I'd personaly not see much difference in pace whether I was on a 600, the 996 or the latest 1000cc beast.

The way I feel on my monster at the moment I reckon I'll be about half an hour slower per lap! Although I'm promised that this will change.

To be honest mate if you can keep your corner entry speeds up (easier said than done, I hope you like the front end of yours) I don't think you will lose too much on a circuit like Brands Indy. At somewhere like Donny I think you will.

I haven't been on these tracks so I don't really know, hopefully I'll have more of a feel for it in the next few months.

Do you remember what times you were doing at Almeria? I'll be there on the monster early april.

How the monnie's compare to our 'proper' bikes will depend on the track, as tp so wisely suggests.
Yet to be tested, but I reckon i'll be getting round cadwell quicker on the 620 than I did on me 996. Donny and Snet will be a different ball game tho.

Will be very interesting to check my cadwell times on Good Friday...

Mr S,

The difference between a T200 for car/bike is the length of the lead from the unit to sensor, car has a longer lead.
