| I think the car driver was driving in a dangerous manner but you didn't do yourself any favours allowing yourself to be so close to them. I would have either sped off to get some space or slowed down to keep him in front of me where I could keep an eye on him. Doesn't matter how in the right we might be, the car driver will always come off better in a collision. |
