Blame the people that give them work. Thats thier rubbish thats being dumped in all the laybys and picnic areas.
Ignorant. illiterate scum that prey on the old and infirm.
They all have whacking great houses rented out and bloody great cars coz they are above the law.
How about this, One near me is worth 22 million cant read or write !
