So who are these guys, and why can those who have lost money not persue them ?
That website is scattered with references to emoto, so it is clear they are the same crowd.

Also, is this a real business, someones sideline business, or a full blown attempt to rip people off and supply nothing.

pretty much all 3 i think but mainly the last one judging by all the negative feedback and unhappy customers you find on other sites
