Donnington pics - Custom fuel tank..

Some pics of Paul's "custom" fuel tank after race one!

10 out of 10 for effort Paul, got punted off the track on the 1st lap, bounced down the tarmac and his bike ran over.

But, with a few cable ties, new race fairing (made from duck tape, of course) and enough confidence in the rule book to get his damaged bike through scrutineering, he was out for the second race!

now thats club racing spirit at its best!

It wasn't easy managing to do all that but keep the MotoRapido logo intact!

Prospective sponsors take note

Nooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!
Mate of mine stuck an airline in his tank to get the dent out. Ended up with summat like a 9 gallon tank that sat five inches higher off the frame than the normal tank.
How we larfed!!

Paul,

Thanks for keeping the logo in one piece,

Maybe we should put an MR sticker on the tank, your back, helmet, etc.. etc.. etc..

We're planning to go to the Brands evening on the 22nd, good track, good cause and good practice, let me know if you wanna go.
