Probably best if I dont keep a record. It doesnt seem so bad when you buy lots of things on separate occaisions, you can kid yourself its costing less than it really is!
Aluminium is a b#gger to clean once oxidization starts, I stripped my casing and bead blasted it, coat of spray paint and trimmed the gasket flanges with a Stanley blade while the paint was still soft.
Hi Phil, I never took the glass inspection window out the casing, i stripped out the Alt, etc. In the oven they never went very hot.. lol………..its freezing up here and I had to cure the paint!
