| Help - AFAM Chain I've just recieved my new AFAM chain for my 748 today, on opening the box i was expecting to see some sort of slide clip with the softlink......... However all that is in the sealed bag that was in the box was the half link, 4 rubber washers and the plate that goes on the link (the end of the rods??? seem to be copper but they have no groves for a slide clip) I would like to put the chain on tomorrow, has anybody any hints or tips in what i need to do? special tools needed etc My deduction was to slide the plate over the link and flatten the copper ends????? I am not ashamed to say that i am in need of that legendary DSC helpfulness..........   |
