Mirrors

Hi, im after some after market mirrors for my 748, idealy fold in mirrors...

Can any one assist or advise.

Don't do it - they all look gash....

Stick with the standard ones and have them painted to match if you haven't already.

Well i was meant to have em today, but he decided there was little money in it and the painter couldnt be bothered, made up some lame excuse.

Do them yourself - PlastiKote "Bright Red" #1120 is a good enough match at 5 quid a can from B&Q...

Just make sure you rub them down with Wet'n'Dry first to remove all the seams and then give them some undercoat (use the matching PlastiKote battleship grey stuff) and then finish off with plenty of clear laquer (again PlastiKote) and they'll be fine.

Hell yeah - much better for filtering and fast town work, concepts which are totally to TJ
