Pirelli Dragon Corsa\'s?
I'm getting some new tyres, I have Bridgestone 010's on at the moment and they've lasted well (nearly 4000 mile I think) and I think they've got good grip etc.

I'm thinking of changing for different ones, has anyone compared them to Pirelli Dragon Corsa's - what would be the difference, would they last longer or wear quicker, have more or less grip??

Also thinking about BT014's too. Thanks for any advice

they won't last as long as bridgestones they grip fine but i never felt confident on them in the wet and found them unstable under braking ! I changed to bridgestone 012SS and they transformed the bike partly due to the front being a 120/70 instead of 120/60 on the pirelli's.
014's will be fine and current tyre of the moment are pirelli diablo's which are being praised by everyman and his dog .

To be honest it boils down to issues like price and recommendations but you can't go wrong with any of them

120-70 is the one to go for, It will as said above transform the handling, The problem with the 120-60 is the profile is not so great and when you get the bike over on its side you will feel resistance from the side wall right about where you want to put your knee down. the 120-70 has a bit more to go at that cranked over point and will feel much more at ease.
I didn't find turn in speed affected just loads more confidence in the front

Jody,

i've ran 010 on a few bikes and have been pleased, now changed to Pirelli Diablos (standard compound) and they are a definate improvement over 010's.

Pirelli Dragon Corsa's will grip better but the last set i used the profile went off at 1500 miles and were completely shot at 2000 miles.

If its quick road use with reasonable mileage i don't think you can beat Diablo's at present IMHO.

Diablo\'s again
I am on my second set of Diablo Corsa's, and I got 4000 miles out of my back tyre. (I ride quite steady and no track use).
