Are you talking about a bag you can wear whilst riding or one you're going to sling in the boot of a car? I don't have any idea what the Alpinstar one is like? Got a link for it?

I got this bag by ALS from Millets for 29.99. Seems pretty sturdy and has wheels for getting through the airport
