Mine are R&G too and as said above, easy to fit.
Nattyboy - I was thinking about changing the gearing by going up one on the back, but is 14T front better?

14t front is all you need mate..perfect as im sure Darren will tell you !!! Wheelies off the throttle in second..!
If you decide to go the 14T route..ive got a couple of new ones in the garage I think..

I got my mechanic to fit mine, but I have fit one before..really straight forward..no special tools required..
£15 posted for the sprocket mate..
