Demon tweaks

Any guys on here had any experience with Demon tweaks.
On the 30th Aug I ordered a radial lever off them. Money from my account was withdrawn on the 2nd Sept. Now the 9th Sept I phoned them to find out what the delay was. I'm told they are out of stock and they don't know when they will have any more in. Bloody really niffs me when a company raids your account fully aware that they do not have the goods in stock.

I wouldn't use Demon Tweeks for anything coz all they do is sell stuff at over inflated prices. Everything they sell you can get cheaper elsewhere. They just happen to have a glossy brochure and the money to advertise everywhere - probably why their prices are so high!!

In this particular case they where the cheapest. £176.00 for a 19x20 brembo radial lever. Harris, JHP, Cresent where all over £200.00.
Postage was £6.00. Probabley why they had sold out

As if he would go near a pc during a race week (that's most weeks).

Remind me tomorrow (or Sunday) and I'll ask him.

Sure he's recently bought some. Think they were around £180, he got brake and clutch Brembo jobbies, we ran one on the DD bike after I broke my arm, but found that the smaller bore actually made the clutch lighter (I think).

Whatever, I'll ask him this w/e

I thought that it is illegal for a company to take funds on mail order if item is not available for despatch. I would want a refund now, They know when you order if parts are in stock, there is no excuse.
