Just a general question.
I have just noticed lately some race bikes with a wrist (sweat) band around the brake reseviour.
Whats that all about???

I thought it was just to mop up any fluid that might leak out of the cap....

They are there to soak up any fluid that leaks past the diaphrams when the fluid heats and expands after repeated hard use.
