is there any improvment in fitting a new chip without open pipes??

No. Not on an ST2. JHP don't do one for example.

Mine ran like a bag of spanners. I did loads of hunting and no one made any chips for a standard ST2, there were only a few for ones with funny exhausts as well.

thought it might be nice to have a bit of an upgrade

i like being legal

are there any road legal performance pipes
does any body make performance pipes with removable innards for the st2
what are the quietest performance pipes
how much are pipes and a chip

that'll do for now...
i'll think of more daft questions later
