FS - 748R throttle bodies - bored out 54mm through with spacers for 996 upgrade

Selling a set of 748 R throttle bodies that have been bored out to 54mm by removing the restrictor underneath the bodies.

They were intended as a performance upgrade for a 996SPS / 996 RS style.
Standard throttle bodies are restricted to 50mm bore. 54mm allows more flow in the engine for more power.

The throttle bodies come with the injectors and with the manifolds.

I am also including custom made spacers to make this set up work on 996 heads.
You will need to use 748R inspection covers though.
The spacers have been cut slightly narrower so they can be dremel-ed to your port size.

What you see in the pictures is what you get - could supply some spare spacers if needed. They were not cheap to make.

Looking for about £380 for the lot.

Hi,
finally done the same on my TB. But needded to shorten TB to fit between 916 SP heads.
I'm just curious, would you post pictures of your home made spacers? ?? THX

Otherwise, I can confirm that this mod works very well on old Desmoquattro !!!
