996 Tool Kit

My 1999 996 has managed to lose it's toolkit somewhere during its life, and I'm therefore going to put a new one together for it...and it's not even its birthday!?!

What I need to know are the sizes of the c-spanner for the chain adjustment, and the size socket/spanner required for the rear wheel nut.

I wondered if any of you terribly knowledgable types could oblige me with some relevant info?
Cheers
