Post The first road-going single-cylinder Supermotard by Ducati

The first road-going single-cylinder Supermotard by Ducati

The new Hypermotard 698 Mono adopts technical solutions derived from the world of the Panigale for the engine, electronics, and chassis.
The result is a Supermotard with great agility and sports-like precision in handling, equipped with the most powerful single-cylinder engine in the world, the Superquadro Mono.
A true 'fun bike' with racing DNA.

EXPLORE

The Hypermotard 698 Mono is equipped with the new 659cc Superquadro Mono engine featuring desmodromic distribution, derived from the twin-cylinder engine of the Panigale. It is the most sophisticated and high-performance road-going single-cylinder engine ever created, capable of reaching the maximum power at the rotation speeds of its category (77.5 HP, which almost become 85 HP with the racing exhaust, and a limiter set at 10,250 RPM).

A style that doesn't go unnoticed

Essentiality, lightness, and aggression. These are the elements of the motard style. With the Hypermotard 698 Mono, we wanted to combine them with the clean lines and meticulous surface treatment typical of Ducati design.

KTM 390 but better?

Isn't this the first single cylinder since the Supermono?
