Vertical belt cover

Got my carbon belt covers this morning

The horizontal and middle piece swapped fine, but the old vertical cover won't come out!? Five bolts removed, tank raised slightly, but it won't slip out upwards

Am I missing something?

Currently in Aix-en-provence for work :P and spotted a 999s Fila rep on saturday night. Blinged to the max including a see through vertical belt cover. Lovely.

Sorted it. It was a protruding bolt holding one of the belt pulleys, took the breather tube off and it made it easier.

Know what you mean had a right mare trying to fit my carbon belt cover, tank lifted and breather removed but it was worth it, it does look good

As an alternative to the bling thing and the cost of carbon, i had my std upright cover machined to provide some cooling for the belts.
