Datatool Veto fault?

The other day I was minding my own business, doing less than 30 through a small villiage, when my ST2 just died. All the warning lights came on and it coasted to a halt.
No starter motor either, and the alarm would arm itself with the ignition switched on or off. You could still arm and disarm with the remote. But, no alarm when the ignition was swiched on, and movement alarm still worked.
Before I start replacing things, does that sound like a Datatool fault rather than Ducati related?

Thanks, Douglas

My Veto arms itself with the ignition on if the kill switch is turned to off. ( ST4S )
It could be that there is a fault in the kill switch circuit which is stopping the bike from going, whilst at the same time allowing the alarm to arm even when the ignition is on.
Have you checked all of your fuses???

Thanks for the reply. Yes, all the fuses are fine. What you say makes sense and I will check the kill switch circuit tomorrow.
