Mike, My 04 monster has 15/48 as standard. Thats what mine has and thats what the user manual says it is.

I think I read somewhere that the gearbox internal ratios are different between the multi and he monnie.

I'm not exactly shure this is what you are looking for but at the Ducati site , when yuo compare the Mon620 to the MTS 620, all ratio are exactly the same....

As Jean says above, they are the same at a primary output ratio of 1.85
