Get well soon

Just wanted to say Gws to all the guys who are suffering from offs at Trac Mon this weekend. Esp Matt who is in Ysbty Gwynedd ( Bangor Hospital ) and will be for a few more days. I'm planning on popping down to see him this eve so will keep you updated. Gws to Paul and Bradders too.

Comfy sat on the sofa I've been sat/lay on since I got home Sun night. Can't move anywhere can't even get around the house

Hoping a few more days and my sprained knee will be able to take a bit of weight (I know I shouldn't) so I can use the frame to at least get to the bathroom!!

But....after being in A&E and seeing poelp come and go with Heath attacks etc you feel a kinda fraud just having bashed up shoulder, chest and arm and a knee that doesn't work and a few bones broken in my foot; hardly life threatening

Nurses were great tho

Not seen it, told its ok and easy repair. If I cold have ridden I would have been out sun so not that bad
