Clutch Holding Tool

Was cleaning my clutch yesterday as it was a bit jerky/noisy and downchanges were a bit erratic...had all the plates etc out and noticed that the drum centre nut was finger tight!!!
That would explain the cr*p down changes and why the spring caps were polished from rubbing on the inside of the cover!

Anybody know where to get a decent clutch drum holder so that I can apply the 185Nm to tighten it up?
Alternatively, anybody nearby got one I could borrow?

Chhers,

RX
