Oh just a simple combi boiler replacement... cash waiting for the first plumber that'll even return a phone call!

Ant... Documentum don't work properly anyway, doubt the rattly one could make it any worse! Just why does it keep losing my files anyway?? ok, I know, user error.

don't get me started on that one

British gas wanted stupid money, found a bloke who agreed to do it at a price (still ridiculous in my opinion) but he has promised to turn up every week for two months now and i can't even get hold of him anymore

I'll only be selling it - no one said that it actually had to work!!!!

Don't really know why EMC bought Documentum anyway - other than to improve their gross margins.
