Castle Combe

Guys,

Just had a phone call from New Era and it seems some of you are being a bit tardy in getting your forms back to them.

Can you get the paperwork in as soon as possible please.

Chris

That will be the ones recovering from injuries or trying to repair their bikes.
I handed mine in at Cadwell

Sorry about that, mine went in the post today. Forgot to do it before heading to France last week.

Hope to see them all at CC

Seems strange that NE are chasing the DD lads when they are by far the largest grids on the day.

With a lack of Bike racing in the area these days, the fans usually turn out for this one and New Era like to put on a show, with the poor turnout in other classes DD could be the class that steals the show and gives the race fans something to watch and talk about

Would've been nice to have a track day on the Friday before, not viable to do 2 trips down there so the Wednesday's track day isn't an option.
The 22nd could well be a procession as I know I'm not the only newbie who's not been there before, some decent SOT boys are in the same boat too.
Think there would be any chance of a few sighting laps so we don't get in the way too much of people going for serious qualifying times?

Might be an idea to persuade Ali Knight to turnout.
Jumped off more than once last time as I recall. Bent the bike into all shapes and back again!
Really quite entertaining unless your name is Anthony!
eek ! Soz!

CC is a great event, really entertaining and good support from the locals, the most 'packed stands' of spectators.

Track is good too, fast....oh yes.

Yep AK47 jumping of the bike 3 times in one day, one of which was on the start grid which made for a bad start for those of us behind him.
We would certainly prefer NO repeats of Antony's crash or Griffs for that matter but boy was he fast around there on that 583.
Also the venue of Paul Paynes class B win if I recall correctly
