Thumbs up telecon reponce from ACU

after a not very satisfactory telephone conversation with the ACU this morning, i recieved this back after speaking to the PR company that informed me the DVD was ready
"Hi Ross

Louise forwarded me your message.

It was me you spoke to this morning about the DVD. I am sorry if I gave you the impression that the DD’s were not important, but I am sure that if you got a DVD half way through a busy working day, with footage of 12 races on it, you would also run out of time to watch the whole thing.

As it was, I took a couple of minutes to have a look at the first 5 minutes of race action – MotoSix 600’s, and what I saw was very pleasing.

The Ducati Desmo race was featured and I am sure will be equally pleasing. In terms of percentage, at best it will make up +/- 10% of the DVD, broadly in line with the other support classes of the GSX-R Trophy and the Lansdowne Classic. The MotoSix Classes of 600, 1000 and SC take the lions share of the coverage, not least because combined, they made up 50% of the race action on the day.

We have ordered a limited supply of DVD’s and so far, telephone and email orders have been coming in thick and fast. I would strongly advise you to order your copy to avoid disappointment. I am quietly confident that we will sell out.

Hope this helps

Dave"

so there we are 10% of the coverage should be DD i think, so snap one up if you want one!!!

Mine arrived this morning, woohooo...

Just had a quick look, only highlights of race2 with our front battles & the battles between Cleggy, Will & Sam. A few others shown but mainly highlights, about 10mins.

Got mine,

Naturally very happy to have my first win on DVD, but disappointed for Shep not to have had his moment of glory on vid too...I guess they just thought it was boring with you rinsing us all by such a huge margin dude.

Had to laugh though, TV has a habit of making bikes look slow, and christ almighty, we don't need that with the power of out likkle bikes...I thought I was still on the warm up lap when I took the chequered flag! LOL!
