Anyone got a spare sidestand?
I need another sidestand for my 851 as mine has gone very "wobbly" and I want to sort it before I need to repair a fairing!

I just missed one on ebay Germany that went for £1.50

Can anyone assist before I start ringing round the breakers?

Cheers, paul

I've got a couple spare paul.
Send me a pic of what yours is like - at the very least you can borrow one until you find the right type.

I don't know, I hadn't thought of using a 9x6 one - are you passing this way anytime soon?

Its like an SS one, but must be a bit longer or a different angle as the bike leans WAY over with an SS one.......

ok, measure it then
The one on the beast makes it lean very precariously cos the rear is jacked up so much

The only one that I can get to is the SS one which is 24cm from pivot to tip.

The 888 and 851 are stashed away from home at present so I can't measure them - anyone got a ruler handy?

I've just had a quick look in the garage - between the shelf and the bikes, there are 3 different kinds of legs and 3 different kinds of brackets
