Good Call just want to make sure what i am going to put on is ok or whether to change the rear sprocket or not, the plan is to go 14t front and 37t rear? not sure how different that is to standard thats all

14 / 40 is much, much better!
Don't reduce the number on the rear, it's already over geared as it is!
You'll just give a higher top speed at the expense of acceleration.
